Reasonable Use Policy

This Reasonable Use Policy (“RUP”) governs use of the AcadiaSign Services and other offerings provided or made available by AcadiaSign (collectively, “Offerings”). The RUP forms part of the AcadiaSign Terms and Conditions, or equivalent terms governing your use of the applicable Offerings, and any capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the applicable agreement.

AcadiaSign reserves the right to take reasonable action if use of an Offering is not in accordance with the allowances and amounts included in the applicable subscription plan, or if use materially interrupts, compromises, or threatens the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Offering.

In such cases, AcadiaSign may require the purchase of additional usage or an applicable subscription plan, or may restrict or suspend use of an Offering in certain circumstances, in accordance with the AcadiaSign Terms and Conditions.
